Registration for Existing / Returning Students

  • Login to Parent Portal here
    • If a parent does not know their username and/or password they should click the appropriate login button
  • Once logged in:
    • Click on "More" at the bottom of the menu on the left side
    • Click on "Online Registration"
    • Click on "Next School Year 2023 - 2024 Existing Student Registration"

Registration for New Students

Use the new student registration link. Parents that are new to the district will not have a parent portal account. They can use the following link to register new students:

Create a Parent Portal account. This requires the parent to have an identity (profile) created by school staff in the student information system, Infinite Campus. Once the identity has been created, a GUID (individual account activation key) can be generated in the parent identity in Infinite Campus. Once the parent has the GUID (activation key) follow these instructions to create a Parent Portal account:

  • Login to Parent Portal here
    • If a parent does not know their username and/or password they should click the appropriate login button
  • Once logged in: 
    • Click on "More" at the bottom of the menu on the left side
    • Click on "Online Registration"
    • Click on "Next School Year 2023 - 2024 Existing Student Registration"

Username and Password Support

If a parent / guardian still has issues accessing their parent portal account after following the links located on the parent portal login page, they should contact the school of one of their students. The school can help identify the username or reset the password.


Inscripción para estudiantes actuales y recurrentes

Inscripción para nuevos estudiantes

Utilizar el enlace de inscripción de nuevos estudiantes. Los padres que son nuevos en el distrito no tendrán una cuenta en el portal de padres. Pueden utilizar el siguiente enlace para inscribir a nuevos estudiantes:

Crear una cuenta en el Portal de Padres. Para ello es necesario que los padres tengan una cuenta (perfil) creada por el personal de la escuela en el sistema de información estudiantil, Infinite Campus. Una vez que se haya creado la cuenta, se puede generar un GUID (clave de activación de la cuenta individual) en la cuenta de los padres en Infinite Campus. Una vez que el padre tenga el GUID (clave de activación) siga estas instrucciones para crear una cuenta en el Portal de Padres.

Si un padre/tutor legal tiene problemas para acceder a su cuenta del portal de padres después de seguir los enlaces que se encuentran en la página de inicio de sesión del portal de padres, debe comunicarse con la escuela de uno de sus estudiantes. What parents need to know

  • Many parents can complete the online registration process using their computer or mobile device.
    • However, each school will have scheduled registration events to offer in person support for parents to complete the online registration process (view schedule below).
  • All parents must provide an email address to complete online registration.
  • RETURNING Parent Account Activation: Parents who had a current, accurate email address listed in their contact information in our previous student information system, Aspire, should receive an email from Ogden School District on or before August 5. This email will provide a personalized account "Activation Key."
    • Parents who do not receive their personalized activation link via email must contact their child’s school to receive their “Activation Key.”
      • Using the "Activation Key" provided by the school, parents will visit the following link to activate their account and begin the registration process:

We strongly encourage all parents and students to download the Infinite Campus Mobile App. The mobile app can help parents stay engaged in their student's education with information about grades, attendance, school announcements and more.

  • NEW Parent Account Activation: Parents who have never enrolled a student at Ogden School District will not require an “Activation Key” to activate their Infinite Campus parent account.
    • Parents who have never enrolled a student at Ogden School District will visit the following link to begin the registration process:

As with any large-scale change in technology, we know that there will be some problems that must be identified and corrected as we begin the student registration process. Please keep in mind that this change is intended to improve parent engagement.
