Thanks to their commitment to reduce, reuse, and recycle, and with support from the Ogden School Foundation and the MarketStar Student Resource Center, these backpacks will be a back-to-school surprise for students who need them most. 💛

At Mount Ogden Junior High, we are proud to introduce the MYP Community Project for all 9th graders as part of their advisory experience. This important project gives students the opportunity to explore and take action on one of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, addressing real-world issues that impact our global community. Through this process, students will develop important skills like research, problem-solving, communication, and reflection—all while making a meaningful difference. The Community Project is a powerful way for students to grow as IB learners and responsible global citizens, and we can't wait to see the incredible ideas and actions our Rams will bring to life!
We are thrilled to announce that Mount Ogden Junior High is now an officially authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) MYP school! This is a huge milestone and a reflection of our commitment to providing a high-quality, globally minded education for every student. The MYP framework encourages students to become curious, critical thinkers who make meaningful connections across subjects and with the world around them. We’re excited to offer this incredible opportunity to our Rams—preparing them not just for high school, but for life. The best is yet to come at MOJH!

Ogden School District’s Summer Meals Program officially begins today, offering free breakfast and lunch to all children ages 0 to 18 at participating school and community locations.
Breakfast will be served from 8:15 to 8:45 a.m. at designated school sites, while lunch will be available at all participating locations from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

A quick reminder for our Rams who need to catch up on a core class (Science, Math, ELA, or History): Summer School starts TOMORROW! 🐏💙
🗓️ Dates: June 2 – June 19
📅 Monday through Thursday (NO school on Fridays)
🕗 Breakfast: 8:15–8:25 AM
🕣 Classes: 8:30–11:40 AM
🍽️ Lunch: 11:40–12:00 PM
PLUS — online Odysseyware courses are available for some failed classes! 📲 Make sure to check with Ms. Daniela to see if your courses are eligible for online recovery.
